◆ ဤအွန်လိုင်းရက်ချိန်းယူသည့်ဝက်ဆိုက်သည် မြန်မာအစိုးရအဖွဲ့အစည်း (သို့) အာဏာပိုင်များက ထုတ်ပြန်ပေးထားသော စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ၊ ဥပမာ-အိမ်ထောင်စုစာရင်း၊ နိုင်ငံသားစိစစ်ရေးကတ်မိတ္တူ၊ နိုင်ငံကူးလတ်မှတ်မိတ္တူ (သို့) အခြားအစိုးရစာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို ထိုင်းသံရုံး၊ ရန်ကုန်တွင် တရားဝင် ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ထောက်ခံချက်ယူလိုသော မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသားများနှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားသားများအတွက်သာ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အဆိုပါစာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို သံရုံးသို့မတင်ပြမီ အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာသို့ ဘာသာပြန်ဆိုထားရန်နှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ တရားဝင်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ထောက်ခံချက်ရယူထားရန် လိုအပ်ပါသည်။ သံရုံးကတရားဝင်ကြောင်း ထောက်ခံပေးသည်မှာ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ တာဝန်ရှိသူများ ၏လက်မှတ်တစ်ခုတည်းသာဖြစ်ပြီး စာရွက်စာတမ်းပေါ်တွင် ဘာသာပြန်ဆိုထားသော အကြောင်းအရာများ မပါဝင်ပါ။
