** Due to the fact that there have been some users try to reserve thr booking slots as many as possible and later cancel those slots after reselling, the Embassy will, therefore, from 30 July 2024, stop the cancellation system from the L-A visa reservation system. Accordingly, the Agencies/Companies have to think carefully before making the reservation as it will be unable to cancel the reservation.
** The Embassy will blacklist the Agencies/Companies that make reservation and do not send the name list within 10 minutes for 3 times.
◆ This Booking Online Website is limited only for Agencies/Companies that were approved and received the license issued by Ministry of Labour of Thailand or Ministry of Labour of Myanmar who wish to make the reservation to apply for “Non-immigrant L-A” type of Visa for Myanmar workers with the Royal Thai Embassy, Yangon.
◆ The Agencies/Companies that use the service at this website for the first time must submit the request for approval to obtain the login and password for making the reservation with the Royal Thai Embassy, Yangon first by filling in the information as well as attach (1) the Company's Registration Document and (2) a license from Ministry of Labour of Thailand or Ministry of Labour of Myanmar at the follwing online form.
After submitting information in the form, the Embassy will verify the Agencies/Companies and consider the request After the verification process, the login and password will be sent to approved Companies/Agencies through the email written in the form. The password can be later on changed to the preferred one by the Companies/Agencies via the "reset password" page of this website.
◆ The Agencies/Companies that have obtained the login and password provided by the Embassy can make the reservation for applying “Non-immigrant L-A” type by logging in first. The Embassy limits the amount of reservation queues for visa appointment per working day.
The Agencies/Companies can make the reservation with the preferred amount according to the list of Myanmar workers that the Agencies/Companies currently have. After selecting the date of appointment and amount, and submitting the reservation in the website, the booking confirmation email will be sent to the registered email of the Agencies/Companies. The Agencies/Companies must provide the name list of Myanmar workers comprising of the names and passport numbers that Agencies/Companies would like to apply the “Non-immigrant L-A” type for by filling in “Send Name List” form ( https://thaiconsularyangon.com/labour-visa/index.php/apponitment/send-name-list ) within 10 minutes. If the Embassy does not receive the name list within 10 minutes, that reservation will be cancelled.
The Embassy will reply the email of Agencies/Companies after receiving the name list of Myanmar nationals for the final approval. On the date of appointment, the representative of the Agencies/Companies have to take a screenshot or print out or presenting the final approval email sent at the Embassy.
◆ The fee for Non-immigrant L-A visa is 20 USD per application with visa validity of 3 months. After applying for a visa and paying the visa fee at the Royal Thai Embassy in Yangon, the Embassy will issue the document stating the date for collecting the passport which will be 3 working days after the date of submitting application (for example, if applying on Monday, the passport can be collected on Wednesday.). Please note that if there are any fake or incomplete documents, the Embassy reserves the rights to reject to issue the visa for that applicant.
◆ The Royal Thai Embassy in Yangon cannot guarantee in advance that visa will be issued even the air ticket is already purchased.
