မေး။ ကြိုတင်စာရင်းပေးသွင်းပြီးနောက် အတည်ပြုအီးမေး(လ်)မရခဲ့ရင် ဘာလုပ်သင့်ပါသလဲ။
ဖြေ။ လူအများအပြားက တစ်ချိန်တည်း တပြိုင်နက်အသုံးပြုနေရင် အီးမေး(လ်)ပို့သည့်စနစ်မှာ တခါတရံ အမှားဖြစ်တတ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် သင်ဟာ ကြိုတင်စာရင်းသွင်းမှု အတည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်းဖော်ပြတဲ့စာမျက်နှာ (Booking Confirmation Page) ကို ဓာတ်ပုံရိုက်ထားဖို့ လိုပါတယ်။ အဲလိုရိုက်တဲ့နေရာမှာ သင့်နာမည်၊ ပတ်(စ)ပို့နံပါတ်ကစပြီး ကြိုတင်စာရင်းပေးသွင်းမှုနံပါတ် အထိရရှိအောင် ရိုက်ယူထားရမှာပါ။ ရက်ချိန်းနေ့မှာ အဲဒီစာမျက်နှာပုံကို သံရုံးကတာဝန်ရှိသူကို ပြသပါ။ ကြိုတင်စာရင်းပေးသွင်းမှုကုဒ်နံပါတ် (Booking Reservation Code)သည် သံရုံးကို ဗီဇာလျှောက်ဖို့ဝင်တဲ့အခါ ပြသရမှာမို့ အလွန်အရေးပါတာကို သတိပြုပါ။

Q: After submitting the booking, the confirmation email does not come to the mailbox, how should I do?
A: As the mailing system can sometimes be error due to the large amount of users in the same time, you have to take the screenshot at the Booking Confirmation Page by covering the whole part of your booking information, from your Name, Passport No. until the booking reservation ID, and present to the officer of the Embassy on the date of appointment. Plase note that the Booking Reservation Code is most important for entering to apply visa at the Embassy.

ဖြေ။ VABO ဝက်(ဘ)ဆိုက်မှာ သင်ကြိုတင်စာရင်းသွင်းခဲ့တဲ့စာမျက်နှာ (browser)ကိုဖွင့်လိုက်ပါ။ အဲဒီကနေ အရင်သုံးခဲ့တဲ့အကြောင်းအရာတွေ (browser’s history)ကို သိရအောင်ဖွင့်ကြည့်ပါ။ အဲဒီထဲကမှ အောက်ဖော်ပြပါ (URL) ပါဝင်တဲ့ စာမျက်နှာကို သွားကြည့်ပါ။ https://www.thaiconsularyangon.com/visa/index.php/component/….. Q: I did not receive the booking confirmation email and forgot to take the screenshot or print out the booking confirmation page after completing my booking in the website so I don’t know my Reservation ID, how should I do?
A: Please open the browser that you used for making in reservation at VABO website, then go to the browser’s history, and try to find the page that the URL is https://www.thaiconsularyangon.com/visa/index.php/component/….. (see the following photo for the reference)

။ ကြိုတင်စာရင်းပေးသွင်းထားတာကို ဘယ်လိုပြန်ပယ်ဖျက်ရမလဲ။
ဖြေ။ အချို့လူများ မသမာတဲ့နည်းလမ်းတွေသုံးပြီး ရက်ချိန်းနေရာအများအပြားကို ကြိုတင်စာရင်းပေးရယူကာ ပြန်ရောင်းစားခြင်းကိုကာကွယ်ဖို့ သံရုံးဟာ မေလ(၇)ရက် ၂၀၂၄ နေ့ကစပြီး စာရင်းပေးမှုပယ်ဖျက်တဲ့စနစ်ကို ရပ်ဆိုင်းလိုက်ပါတယ်။ ကြိုတင်စာရင်းပေးသွင်းရာမှာလည်း ယခင်ရက် (၃၀)အစား (၁၄)ရက် ကြိုတင်စာရင်းပေးနိုင်တဲ့စနစ်ကို ပြောင်းလဲသွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့်မို့ လျှောက်ထားသူများဟာ ကြိုတင်စာရင်းမသွင်းမီမှာ မိမိယူလိုတဲ့ရက်ကို သေသေချာချာစဉ်းစားဆုံးဖြတ်ဖို့လိုပါတယ်။ လျှောက်ထားသူများဟာ ရက်ချိန်းကို ကြိုတင်စာရင်းပေးရယူပြီးကာမှ ပြန်ပယ်ဖျက်လို့ မရနိုင်တော့ပါ။ ရက်ချိန်းအသစ်ကို အရင်ယူထားတဲ့ရက်ချိန်းနေ့ကျော်သွားပြီးမှသာ ပြန်လည်ကြိုတင်စာရင်းပေးပြီး ရယူနိုင်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Q: How can I cancel my reservation?
A: From 7 May 2024, the Embassy stops the cancellation system so that some individuals who have dishonest behaviour cannot make reservations and resell the reservation slots to other people. The reservation systems will also be changed from opening for making the reservation 30 days in advance to be 14 days in advance. Therefore, the applicants are encouraged to thoughtfully consider the date of appointment before making reservation as the applicants cannot cancel the prior appointment and can make the reservation again after the prior date of appointment.
